In Kind Sustainability Assistance to Non-profits

Each year we donate free services to non-profit organizations that lack the in-house expertise or resources to get started with sustainability. Example services provided in the past include building assessments, strategic sustainability planning, and training. Past recipients include:

• Foothills Unitarian Church, Fort Collins
• Easter Seals of Colorado, Denver
• Fort Collins Club (in exchange for use of facility for American Cancer Society Fund Raiser)
• Rocky Mountain Raptor Center

Selection Process

Please contact The Brendle Group if you are interested in this program. Services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and as Brendle Group staff becomes available to perform the work.

Additional Evaluation Criteria:

• The requested scope of services is well defined and could realistically be completed within the hours committed by The Brendle Group (roughly 25 hours).
• The applicant has demonstrated a clear need for the in-kind service, such as lack of in-house expertise and financial resources, or other compelling need.
• The applicant can demonstrate a commitment to participate fully in the services provide, including full consideration of recommendations developed.
• The services fit in well with existing program goals of the organization.
