Seth has been with The Brendle Group for the past 3 years. During that time he has contributed invaluably to a wide variety of projects in a range of roles:
- Developing carbon accounting and baseline data, including energy, water, solid waste, and transportation activities
- Conducting assessments and technical analyses for energy and water conservation measures
- Building energy modeling
- Researching the carbon market for solid waste diversion projects
- Developing water use benchmarks for select water use sectors
- Developing websites and providing information technology support
Seth has more than 4 years experience working in the environmental and energy engineering field. In his pre-Brendle Group life, Seth worked as an environmental engineering intern with Platte River Power Authority.
In addition, while completing his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, Seth earned an EPA P3 Grant to study renewable energy opportunities for ski areas. Most recently, he completed a Master's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, with a focus on energy and sustainable design. Seth is an Engineer in Training in the State of Colorado.
As a Colorado native, Seth is thrilled to have the opportunity to work on sustainability topics in the community in which he grew up. Seth enjoys backpacking, all varieties of bicycles, snowboarding, photography, food, and travel.
