When I started Brendle Group 30 years ago, the idea of a “sustainability market” barely existed. But I had a vision of what sustainability could become, and what a company rooted in purpose could help create. From the beginning, our goal was simple but ambitious: to create lasting impacts that sustain and inspire our communities and our world. That purpose has guided us through every season of growth and change, and it continues to guide us today.

As part of that ongoing journey, I am pleased to announce that following a carefully planned leadership transition and a successful national search, Brendle Group’s Board of Directors has selected Andrea Sojda to serve as its next president.

This selection reflects the culmination of a thoughtful and comprehensive search process that considered outstanding candidates from across the country. Andrea is a proven consulting leader with 20 years of experience driving sustainability, resiliency, and strategic solutions across public, private, and federal markets. Andrea is extremely well positioned to lead Brendle Group into its next chapter – building on the strong foundation our team has created, while helping us evolve and expand our impact in the years to come.

I am incredibly proud of what our team has built over the past three decades and look forward to what comes next. As part of this transition, I will step into the role of board chair and will continue to support the organization’s long-term vision and governance. To ensure a smooth transition, I will also remain on staff in a limited capacity through June 2026, working closely with Andrea and our management team.

This transition has been designed to ensure continuity in our strategy, operations, and commitment to serving our clients and partners at the highest level. Our mission and values continue to anchor everything we do, and our leadership continues to be deeply focused on delivering excellence and strengthening our relationships with you.
